Where do you ship from?
All orders are lovingly prepared and shipped from our sunny studio in San Diego, California, USA.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two clear global shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
Perfect when you’re excited to style your new pieces sooner. We partner with trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx for reliable, trackable delivery.
Processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.

2. Free Shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $50. This eco-conscious option uses EMS for delivery.
Processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide* because style knows no borders! However, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] for specific details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process it. Then, add the delivery timeframe based on your chosen shipping method (see above). Please note these are estimates. Delivery may occasionally vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or seasonal demand—just like the best style, sometimes great things take a little extra time.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders outside the United States, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from San Diego, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Because comfort should be guaranteed—in both fit and experience. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?

I need to update my shipping address. Can I do that after ordering?
