Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Just as we pay attention to detail in our designs, we ask that you ensure returned items reflect the quality we sent you.
To start a return or exchange, please follow the steps below. Our process is designed to be straightforward—because your time matters as much as your style.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (if exchanging, specify size/color preference)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days (matching our order processing time) with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Place the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original packing slip, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item promptly using your preferred shipping method.

Refunds: Timing and Methods
We process refunds with the same attention to detail we apply to designing our collections:
Timing
- After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- If you used PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
- Store credit is available upon request and is issued immediately after return approval.
International Returns
As a global brand serving creators and students worldwide (with exceptions for Asia and some remote areas), we accept international returns. Please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return shipment.
- Return shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier.
- Refunds will be issued in USD, and currency conversion differences may apply.
