We ship globally to our community of creators and students, with exceptions for Asia and some remote areas. Your order is handled with the same care we put into designing our Artistic Tees and versatile Bottoms.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to carefully prepare it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two clear options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95)
    Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    Ideal for when you need your new Hoodie or Dress with reliable tracking.
  • Free Shipping
    Carrier: EMS
    Eligibility: Orders over $50.
    Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    A cost-effective choice for our global community.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in the quality and fit of our pieces—from our detailed Sweaters & Knits to our comfortable Crop Sweatpants. However, we understand that sometimes a change is needed. Our return process is built with transparency, mirroring the clarity of our privacy practices.

🛑 Important Final Sale Items

For the well-being of our entire creative community, Hats and Leggings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. This is due to their close-fitting nature and hygiene considerations. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a trusted environment for all.

Policy Overview

  • Window for Returns/Exchanges: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure returned items reflect the quality we sent you.
  • Non-Refundable: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Our process is straightforward—because your time matters as much as your style.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item name, size, and color (e.g., “Long Sleeve Top, M, Black”)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preference: Refund to original payment method OR Exchange (specify new size/color)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship your item back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Place the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original packing slip, and ship to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you via email about the status.

  • For exchanges: We will ship the new item promptly using your preferred shipping method.
  • For refunds: Please see the timeline and methods below.

Refunds: Timing & Methods

We process refunds with the same attention to detail we apply to our designs.

Timing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • If you used PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
  • Store credit is available upon request and is issued immediately after your return is approved.

International Returns

We welcome our global community of creators and students. For international returns (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return shipment.
  • Return shipping times will vary based on your location and carrier.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD (US Dollars). Currency conversion differences may apply based on your bank or payment provider.
