• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out, we will notify you promptly.
• Hats and Leggings are final sale due to hygiene and fit considerations, unless defective.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You are responsible for providing correct payment information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Your order is handled with care, reflecting the same attention we give our designs.

• Processing: Orders are prepared in 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Your Responsibilities

We stand by the quality of our pieces. If you need a change, our process is transparent and straightforward.

Eligibility

• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final Sale Items: Hats and Leggings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Your Obligations

• Await a Return Authorization Number before shipping.
• Ship items to our San Diego address using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
• For international returns, you are responsible for any return customs duties.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to availability.
